Russell Tobin's client, a technology company is hiring for a Social Media Manager to work remotely

As a Social Media Manager, you will support Client social media presence across multiple audiences and platforms (Client and TikTok). You’ll be the organic social team temporary stakeholder for content planning, creative development, copywriting and publishing to these priority platforms.

Employment Type: Contract/ Remote

Pay rate: $44 - $50/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media content calendars, copywriting and publishing organic content across TikTok and Client
• Provide recommendations for content based on topical conversations, content performance, internet culture and/or trends on Client or across social media
• Evaluate effectiveness of content by analyzing performance and providing weekly insights and learnings
• Discover new and unique ways to tell our stories to consumer and creator audiences to help drive awareness, engagement and increase brand love
• Work with project leads and cross-functional partners to ideate on how to leverage social media best practices in order to drive campaign performance
• Partner with TikTok and Client social content creator to create daily content

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Previous experience managing TikTok for a big brand
• Strategic/conceptual thinking
• Chronically online and uncover trending moments/conversations
