Admin/Dispatcher - 1 year of experience required

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with seasonal overtime.
• Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing various administrative duties.
• Entering new jobs into the system.
• Routing technicians efficiently.
• Answering high volume phone calls and emails.

• Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with Washington State, especially Western Washington.
• Previous Experience: Prior experience in services dispatch is required, with a preference for plumbing or backflow experience.
• Computer Savvy: Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications. Experience navigating multiple customer portals is essential.
