Job Summary: Coordinate and manage 15-20 technicians for service calls, ensuring efficient scheduling of labor, materials, tools, and sub-contractors for commercial HVAC projects.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Salesforce experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• HVAC knowledge highly preferred
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls is a plus
• Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service resources and assign technicians to projects
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs and availability
• Input project locations into the system and generate work order documents
• Dispatch technicians and notify customers of service details
• Interact with Project Managers and Area Service Managers to assign and dispatch Controls and HVAC Technicians
• Coordinate with Parts Department and Acquisition for necessary operations
• Review and forward project paperwork to Project Administrators
• Log service start-up and work requirements in job tracking system
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and responding to special requests
• Generate, interpret, and print various assigned reports
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required
