Since 2015, Monroe Biomedical Research (MBR) has become one of the highest performing clinical trial centers in the United States. The site works on a diverse array of landmark clinical trials, including studies investigating treatments for pulmonary, metabolic, cardiology, psychiatric, infectious diseases, and vaccine studies for preventing infectious diseases. We are looking for a Full Time Patient Recruitment Coordinator to help support patient recruitment efforts for all of our landmark clinical trials.
We are seeking a Patient Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for contacting potential study participants and educating them about clinical trials ongoing at our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Learning the inclusion/exclusion criteria for all studies currently enrolling at our site
- Providing patients with an overview of studies for which they qualify
- Scheduling patients for prequalification visits
- Performing prescreening visits, informing study coordinators if a patient qualifies for a clinical trial.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a role with frequent customer or patient calling is preferred
- Candidate is organized and can keep track of many patients requiring follow up
- Must have a positive/dedicated attitude and foster a results based mentality.

Strong customer service, marketing, and sales experience
Be committed to the foundations of ethical study patient recruitment practices, including FDA guidance and Good Clinical Practice
Bilingual is a plus but not required
