Expert Staffing West is looking for a part-time AutoCAD (2D) technician needed to assist with the development and/or revision of Record Drawings. Drawings may include (but are not limited to) Architectural, MEP, Fire Life & Safety, Landscape, or other construction trades.

Major Job Responsibilities:

· Assist Construction Record's Manager and Sr. AutoCAD technician with a variety of guided projects

· Edit, update, re-organizing existing AutoCad drawings

· Develop new Record drawings

· Field verification

Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred

· 3+ years’ experience using AutoCAD 2D and some knowledge of construction

· Previous experience working in an administrative capacity

· Detail oriented and flexible

· Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Professional; Familiarity with Archibus or Sharepoint a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications

· Demonstrated ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills

· Ability to prioritize and multi‐task
