Job Summary: As an Insurance Sales Agent at Globe Life, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families secure their futures through life and health insurance products. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, educating them on available insurance options, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand each customer's financial situation and future goals.
• Educate customers on the benefits of various insurance products offered by Globe Life.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients and ensure that coverage meets their needs.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-up on policy renewals and additional coverage opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
• Collaborate with team members and management to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
