If you are currently a licensed professional engineer in the state of Arizona and also possess the following, we want to talk with you:

• 5 – 8 years of practical experience
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, or geotechnical preferred)
• Construction management / project management experience
• Demonstrated interest in building construction and solving engineering problems
• A lifelong learning orientation and enthusiasm for the work
• Ability to communicate with positive impact both written and verbal
• Organized and a strong attention to detail
• Self-energized and able to work independently or in teams
• Strong computer skills
• Model personal excellence, integrity, and accountability

• Due diligence inspections
  • Property Condition Assessments (PCA)
  • Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
  • Capital Needs Assessments (CAN)

• Stucco evaluation (including EIFS)
• Erosion control and drainage
• Structural evaluations
• Bid specifications
• Energy and sustainability studies
• ADA and fire / life safety
• Asphalt
