We are an Express Car Wash looking for an Assistant Manager.
Qualifications 1 year car wash experience a plus
- Be proficient with all company policies and procedures.
- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, assisting in training, scheduling, and leading team members. Responsible for monitoring onsite safety and cleanliness.
- Effectively answers all customer questions and handles complaints, and reporting all incidents and complaints to the manager. daily. Assisting the Manager in maintaining equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventoryAssist with monitoring wash quality.
- Learn and master all job roles at the car wash in order to train current and new team members
Work with software programs and applications, including Microsoft Office, our point-of-sale system, HR systems, and more
