The Accounting & Data Reporting Assistant works directly with the Accounting Team and performs various bookkeeping/reporting tasks for self-funded health plans. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Invoice Entries
• Account Reconciliations & Accuracy Reviews
• Assist with IRS Report Preparations including ACA, PCORI, 1099s, & Form 5500s
• Daily Check-Runs for Plan Claim Payments
• Monthly Premium Billing
• Generating & Distributing Monthly Plan Reports
• Assisting with Preparing Client Renewal Reports
• Other Tasks as Needed
Education and Experience Requirement
The ideal candidate will have at least (3) years experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting with an Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration OR have equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
