Mid-Sized Creditors Rights Law Firm is seeking a licensed attorney to audit pleadings prepared within the Judicial Foreclosure process in several states. This position will require the positive mentoring of non-attorney staff and could potentially evolve into direct process/client management. A JD is required. Admission to the bar in any one of the following states is preferred, but not mandatory: CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA or TX. Candidates who have direct experience prosecuting Judicial Foreclosure actions will be preferred. Absent those qualifications, a strong background in real estate and/or title litigation is desired.

Qualifications

•       Basic knowledge of legal practices and procedures with regards to title/foreclosure work.

•       Familiarity with legal and/or mortgage databases.

•       Excellent communication skills.

•       Must be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

•       Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office 365.

Schedule may be flexible within normal office hours Mon – Friday.  We will consider part-time and full-time candidates.    We offer an excellent benefits package for full-time employees (medical, dental, vision, 401k) and paid absences, such as holiday, vacation and sick time. Small Law Firm environment, we have a great team and are looking for a candidate who mirrors our goals and values. Ongoing training and development will be provided.  The starting annual salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience.  This is primarily an in-office position with the possibility of a hybrid remote schedule after successfully completing the first 90 days.
