J Polep Distribution services/NCD services the Convenience Store Market in Western MA. We are headquartered out of Chicopee, Massachusetts, and are growing.  We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Food Service sales support team.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
•    Excellent communications skills both verbal and written to prepare and edit correspondence                                           
•    Ability to create sales presentations and other documents
•    Strong data entry skills with ability to design and maintain databases
•    Strong math skills with ability to analyze data to prepare reports and documents
•    liaise with internal staff at all levels
