The ideal candidate would have a passion for creating the ultimate customer experience in a fast-paced medical office and ensuring our patients feel confident and comfortable during their time with us.
Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to inquiries about cosmetic surgery and medical spa treatments
- Coordinating numerous schedules
- Recording interactions in an electronic medical record
- Helping team members to create the best experience for patients
- Maintain front desk organization
- Schedule patients
- Open or close facility and maintain general appearances.
Requirements:
- Experience answering a multi-line phone
- Competence with grammar and spelling
- Working knowledge of pdf’s and electronic file management
- Experience with a medical record
- Experience in medical facility
Part-time day and evening shifts
