The Professional Marketing Manager will support the marketing efforts for the professional skincare (HCP) channel (Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aestheticians, Patients) to elevate the brand experience at all touchpoints. This role will be a key driver for the growth of the brand, helping to refine and convey brand and product value propositions, and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with the HCP channel. The Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the trade show strategy, promotional strategy and go-to market plans for product launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the trade show strategy from budgets, planning, execution, booth setup/tear down, pre/post communication and execution of all promotional and branding initiatives
- Develop the promotional calendar, promotions and KPIs to measure promotion effectiveness and manage execution of the promotions with cross-functional teams
- Develop the Revision in-office experience to create brand awareness at all touchpoints of a patient’s journey (signage, merchandising, swag, video, pull- through assets)
- Lifecycle management of all Partner Marketing assets including identification of business needs, creative briefs and collaborations with Creative team, communication of assets to the field and management in Widen
- Liaison between all Marketing and Sales functions to consistently ensure our HCP positioning is properly translated in all efforts
- Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Training teams to elevate the positioning and communication of procedure pairing and backbar strategies
- Manage our HCP loyalty program at all lifecycle touchpoints: strategy, architecture, incentives, communication, and promotion
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on content and tools for HCP support and messaging to promote the brand in office and social platforms
- Frequently evaluate competitive programs and proactively communicate findings and recommendations that perpetuate a best-in-class mindset
- Provide guidance to the Digital Marketing team in the development and maintenance of accounts’ personal digital strategies and platforms
- Provide timely reporting to measure KPIs, campaign and program effectiveness to guide future strategies and initiatives
- Partner closely with Brand to appropriately convey our brand positioning and product launches in all strategies and executions
- Partner with other Marketing functions to manage initiatives and contracted projects with external agencies as needed
- Engage in frequent customer facing interactions such as field rides, in-office meetings, events, and other activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HCP channel, skincare and/or aesthetic products as context for creation of competitively differentiated marketing programs that drive and maintain customer engagement is required
- Strong relationship skills to collaborate cross-functionally with all areas of Marketing, Sales, R&D, Training and Education, Customer Service, Finance, and IT
- Ability to work independently and present clear recommendations that support and align with company strategies
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities at once and evolve with changing business needs while maintaining a solution focus
- Sophisticated presentation skills and acute attention to detail with strong accountability and ownership of projects
- Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and managing through ambiguity to execution
- Ability to express complex ideas and experiences with a straightforward approach
- Experience with visual merchandising is highly desired
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Remote home office acceptable
- Estimated Travel: 25 - 30% (Field rides, trade shows, industry events, etc.)
