Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accept face-to-face, telephone, and online loan applications
• Prepare loans for underwriting approval
• Disburse loan funds and fully explain loan disclosures
• Develop and present loan counteroffers where appropriate
• Cross-sell other credit union products and services to meet members’ financial needs
• Open new accounts and assist members with account discrepancies
• Assist teller line, maintaining and being accountable for a balanced cash drawer
• Achieve monthly branch goals
• Demonstrate a high level of diplomacy and trust
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exhibit professional telephone and email etiquette

The ideal Financial Service Representative candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years similar or related experience. All candidates should have two years of higher education or trade school experience.  Candidates must also be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and a ChexSystems verification.

*Sign-on bonus will be awarded after candidate has successfully completed 6-months of employment with no performance issues.
