Three Rivers Lending is looking to hire experienced top-notch loan officers, deal makers, and closers to join our growing team. We’re looking for experienced Loan Officers who are proven top producers and want to continue their success in a positive expanding environment. The Loan Officer proactively solicits new residential and commercial mortgage business to meet all customer needs, while building and maintaining business relationships within the community.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet National and State licensing requirements
• Must have own individual NMLS#
• At least 2 years of professional experience in conventional and government loans
• Strong knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA and State housing loans
• Strong selling, customer service, and vocational skills
• Built a network and relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers, and real estate investors
• Can work independently.
• Is a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Is self-motivated and highly organized.
• Can prioritize multiple competing tasks.
• Uses appropriate interpersonal styles, communication methods and approaches to gain clients.
• Understands the connection of the level of service provided being directly correlated to driving sales volume.
• Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - unlimited per year
