Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Manager, Clinical Nurse - ICU responsible for the daily and overall operations of assigned units. This role includes managing staff performance, ensuring high-quality patient care processes and outcomes, improving patient and family satisfaction, and managing resources prudently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or related field (or completion within two years)
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• Specialty certification in relevant area (preferred)

Experience:

• Five years of acute care hospital experience within the past 10 years
• Two years of managerial or leadership experience within the past 5 years

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
