Helping to Heal Counseling Services is looking for a dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, person to join our team. The perfect candidate will be a go-getter and an initiative-taker with the “right” combination of compassion and desire to help others working within a private practice model. Helping to Heal Counseling Services is seeking Mental Health Therapists to serve clients in Atlanta, GA area via Telehealth and office setting. This position is part-time with the potential to be full-time within two months of employment and paid by billable hours.
We are looking for a Master’s Level Therapist, preferably a full-time associate, with at least 0-3 years of experience.
Essential Functions:
Provide quality, evidence-based mental health services that meet appropriate standards of practice including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Helping to Heal Counseling Services. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
Timely completion required of documentation and input progress notes in EHR (Electronic Health Records) system.
Maintain professional license through ongoing and relevant continuing education with a focus on evidence-based treatment models.
individual and family therapy
Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load: Complete Individualized biopsychosocial, Treatment Plan, Treatment Plan reviews, and progress notes. Discharge summary, self-harm, and suicide assessments, and any other measurable tool that may be used.
Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members
Create treatment agreements, support plans, or behavior plans as needed.
Provide evidence-based individual therapy interventions. The behavioral health therapist must be trained in the specific treatment modality, including showing a proper therapy environment and building rapport with the patients.
Collaborate with other providers, schools, and caregivers as proper to develop integrated care plans for clients.
Added miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by the employee's supervisor.
Attend weekly Clinical supervision.
Attend monthly group clinical supervision.
Attend mandatory training and meetings.
Requirements
Align with the mission, vision, and values of Healing to Heal Counseling Services
Active state license(s) in one of the following specialties ex. Clinical Psychologist, LPC, LAPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT (a plus but not needed)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PDF
Minimal of 0-3 years experience
Adaptive person
Works well with little to no supervision
Demonstrated experience with diverse populations receiving mental health treatment
Demonstrated ability in evidence-based practice; experience with mindfulness-based approaches highly preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Qualifications
Master's Degree or higher advanced degree (Required)
Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, to meet client needs.
HIPAA/Privacy Act certified (documents required within a week of start).

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per billable hour
