We are searching for Mental Health Therapists to provide empathetic and professional care in our outpatient clinics. We offer therapy and medication management. This is an hybrid position that includes some telehealth.

• the ability to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a diverse clientele and on their own.
• knowledge of mental health conditions and best practices for psychological treatment
• listening and interview skills to explore patient needs and administer treatment plans
• strong oral communication skills to counsel and advise patients
• analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans
• coaching skills to help patients make positive changes
• organization skills to maintain up-to-date, easy-to-navigate patient files
• familiarity with privacy, health and safety laws
• computer skills to operate record keeping, scheduling, email and word processing software

We are licensed by the state of New Jersey and abide by all state regulations. All members of our team must maintain all pertinent paper work and be able to submit them on time.

Masters in a Behavioral discipline, License in Social Work (L.S.W) or Licensed associate counselor (L.A.C) is required.
