An employee-owned leading manufacturer of industrial machinery is looking for a Financial Analyst. In this role, you will handle all accounting and administrative functions of a small business entity, as well as assist the CFO and Global Controller with the treasury, risk, compliance, financial reporting, and modeling for a multi-national holding company.
What you will do
- Consolidated world-wide financial compilation and reporting.
- Assist with world-wide audit and tax compliance, including Employee Benefit plans and related Form 5500 filings.
- Staff Accountant/Analyst for Corporate entities.
- Corporate Secretary support duties such as external corporate communications to the Board of Directors, Presidents of operating units, and Company President.
- Corporate Treasury support duties such as day-to-day treasury management, monthly bank reporting, business insurances, etc.
- Backup for specific duties of the Finance Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
- International Business experience is preferred but not required.
- Datarails experience required
- Strong financial modeling skills required
