Job Description
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join their team for a hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk and prioritize audit activities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Identify control gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the audit team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3 years of progressive financial audit experience with internal audit, public accounting, or other finance position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Strong Excel) and accounting software's & tools.
  • Ability to travel 20-25 % of the time primarily in the (United States).
Experience:
  • Familiarity with GAAS and IIA Audit Standards preferred.
  • Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Certified (CIA), (CISA), (CPA), highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact comfortably with all levels within the organization, including senior/executive management.
