DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

The Troxel Company in Moscow, TN has an immediate opening for a Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for all Accounting and Financial Reporting.

·         Cost Accounting experience for manufacturing a plus.

·         Coordinate services with outside CPA firm, including annual audits and tax returns.

·         Assist CEO, VP Sales, and VP Operations to develop the annual budget.

·         Key relationship with the bank.

·         Process confidential salary and payroll data.

General Functions:

·         Supervises Accounting Manager and has overall responsibility for Accounting Department which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and general ledger.

·         Issues timely and complete financial reports.

·         Supervises the taking of annual and periodic inventories to assure accuracy.

·         Depending on qualifications, would also be responsible for IT and HR.

Qualified candidate should have an accounting degree, strong computer skills, analytical skills, and communication skills.
