Tax Leverage is seeking a full-time Tax Planning Manager with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a CPA or Enrolled Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learning and client engagement. This role will involve close collaboration with the founder, Tax Attorney, CPA, and EA, making it a pivotal position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax position and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, provide tax advice, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborate closely with the founder, Tax Attorney, CPA, and EA to align tax strategies with overall goals and legal requirements.
• Compliance & Reporting: Oversee and manage the preparation of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Research & Analysis: Stay current with tax law changes and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and keep the company ahead of regulatory changes.
• Problem Solving: Address complex tax issues and provide solutions to minimize tax liabilities and enhance financial outcomes.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of tax planning activities and client communications.

Compensation:

Compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $170,000, and will be determined based on your skillset and experience.
