We are looking for a Structural Engineer to be part of revolutionizing these industries. This role would focus on providing the structural drawings in collaboration with our architectural team in the development of a complete set of construction documents.

What You Will Do:

• You will collect & prepare data/information, perform detailed engineering calculations, and write formal engineer/technical reports.
• You will develop technical specifications & data sheets, performs technical evaluations and recommend best value design that meets the clients’ requirements for operability, reliability, maintainability & safety.
• You will review structural designs, plans and reports as engineer-of-record in conformance with applicable regulations and scopes of services.
• You will provide structural calculations and plan layout/design development.
• You will serve as an Engineering Lead on complex, multi-discipline projects by estimating work hours, developing scope of work, making staffing recommendations and checking drawings.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You have a Bachelor of Science in Structural or Civil Engineering. Ideally from an ABET accredited program.
• You must have experience with residential stick build construction.
• SE or PE license required, with the ability to maintain licensing.
• You have 7+ years’ experience performing engineering analysis & design functions.
• You have a strong knowledge of appropriate design codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, OSHA, etc.)
• You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change.
