Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support of Elevate IC products for our worldwide customers
  • Act as the technical interface between customers and the factory
  • Assist customers with device and system level troubleshooting
  • Review customer circuit schematics and code blocks

• Interface with internal engineering teams to help bring new products from initial concept through production release by assisting with new product definition, bench validation, and generation of technical documentation
• Perform bench testing and analysis to support customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Reproduce customer observations and provide technical guidance on how to use Elevate parts
• Manage external vendors for PCB fab/assembly activity and maintain hardware documentation.
• Generation of technical documentation for Elevate products including datasheets, product guides, application notes and other material to support integration of these devices into customer systems.
• Support failure, quality, and reliability analysis in conjunction with the operations team
• Coordinate with the sales team through the entire sales process
• Assist with product recommendations for new customer designs
• Assist with on-site customer visits to promote Elevate IC products

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Engineering
• Relevant job experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles
• Proficient in operating electronic bench equipment with hands-on experience in the laboratory, including troubleshooting, probing, and analyzing silicon using a combination of custom-made and standard equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, source measurement units, etc.
• Strong communication skills are crucial for this position, both in spoken and written form
• Solid system and circuit level troubleshooting capability
• Knowledge of transistor level circuits at a basic level
• Should possess strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience with some programming language
