About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Project Technician, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the IT infrastructure that meets our clients operational needs. Your primary objective will be to execute the support for client onboarding, transitions, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, exceptional multitasking abilities, the capacity to work well under pressure, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects within scheduled time frames, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Set up and manage Microsoft Exchange/Office365, Azure AD/Intune infrastructure, and SharePoint.
- Assist in planning and executing client onboards, transitions, and upgrades.
- Provide technology support for large-scale projects and support field technicians.
- Manage and set up networks (with preference for Unifi experience).
- Build and maintain Network Infrastructure Configuration and Cloud Strategy.
- Configure hardware devices such as routers, switches, and (SonicWall) firewalls.
- Document, track, and monitor project plans and progress.
- Establish security standards.
- Design and execute server deployments and cloud migrations.
- Document and train the helpdesk team on supporting new client environments.
- Windows Server/PC management and setup. GPU and PowerShell experience required.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, and emerging best practices in technical support, and share knowledge with the team.
- Drive a collaborative environment, promoting a positive culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Automation skills are a plus.
