Description:
Bollinger Motors is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Website Coordinator to catalog, manage and optimize Bollinger Motors’ marketing performance, and ensure a top-performing website. This position reports to the Marketing Director. This is an in-person role at the company’s Oak Park, MI headquarters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Marketing Analytics
- Audit and optimize our analytics tools, processes and performance
- Set up and optimize integrations with any new feeds from a variety of marketing tools
- Develop an integrated marketing performance dashboard to enable topline view of marketing performance
- Contribute to and support testing programs
- Website Management
- Ensure website platform remains current and optimized for performance
- Perform scans for security, performance, tool/integration and content issues, and recommend remediations
- Utilize site analytics to identify and drive performance improvements
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and search engine rankings to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
- ·Conduct regular website audits to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement
- Contribute to optimizing website content, including titles, descriptions, and headings, for targeted keywords.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content and website updates.

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant job experience in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field.
- Marketing Analytics: 2+ years' experience, including technical implementation
- Strong understanding of, and experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other platforms
- Experience integrating multiple data sources/flows
- Experience building and managing integrated marketing dashboards
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience with website platform development and management
- WordPress experience preferred (or similar CMS)
- Ability to integrate tools, and implement tracking tags
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience and familiarity with digital advertising and/or SEM a plus
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
