A well-established aerospace manufacturing company in Phoenix is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Set-Up/Operator. You need to be detailed oriented, highly organized, creative, flexible and a great team player.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• A self-motivated individual that displays passion, optimism and an outstanding work ethic
• Adapts to changes in the work environment and the ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous tasks.
• Shop floor CNC Lathe manufacturing activities.
• Trouble shoot and solve manufacturing issues on the shop floor.
• Create and revise CNC programs.
• Review and follow written documents such as, work instructions and job aids.
• Support business needs as they apply to attendance, overtime, punctuality, and shift.
• Overtime and Weekends as needed

Knowledge and Experience Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous manufacturing experience required, Aerospace preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with Haas turning centers helpful.
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T and Engineering Drawings interpretation required.
• Have strong math skills.
• Understanding of quality systems requirements. (AS9100, ISO9001 etc.)
• Good interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills.
