Salesforceplatform developer will be responsible for customizing, developing, andsupporting solutions on the force.com platform, especially on the servicecloud. This is a great opportunity for a salesforce.com (SFDC) developer tolearn and deliver with a highly skilled team to enable overall sales &enhance Service support levels of the company. Works directly with thestakeholders to design highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainablesolutions. They will be owners and expected to contribute to defining codingstandards, implementing design patterns .They will deal with ambiguousproblems, take responsibility of finding solutions, and will drive towardssimple solutions to complex problems.
Detailed Responsibilities/Duties:
Interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamicbusiness rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensivedocumentation for implementation in systems like Salesforce Service Cloud,Marketing cloud, Partner Communities and other integrated systems
Develop, implement and run Salesforce integration strategies and strategicinitiatives
Seekout ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes, productivity and buildscalable solutions.
Utilize Service cloud features to enhance the Support model. (Utilize toolslike Chat/Chatter/Einstein Bots/Analytics etc)
Createand manage custom objects, fields, formulas, reports and dashboards
Designand optimize user interfaces using Visual force pages
Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow rules
Develop lightning components and integrate the components in the application.
Workwith groups to understand their business processes and requirement
Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
Createdesign and technical specification documentation using confluence/Quip
Driveresolution of all issues that come up during development phase
Provide ongoing code-level maintenance and support
AdoptsLean and Agile principles to work collaboratively with others to refine andrelease the salesforce product.
Collaborate with Design team to evaluate and ensure the technical feasibilityof UI/UX designs
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Createinternationalized software to rollout to worldwide markets of the organization
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills:
Experience designing and building product features SFDC platform.
Experience designing and building, Enhancing features on Service Cloud platform
Demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architectureand API
Proficient understanding of lightning component development.
Strongknowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce.comSOQL, SOSL query language
Experience using the Force.com data loader and handling data migrationassignments. Proficiency in Java, SOAP, REST services.
Expertknowledge of MVC concepts, object-oriented methodologies and approaches
Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse & GIT
Experience creating RESTful web services in salesforce platform
Experience creating APIs or calling APIs & hands on extensive Apexprogramming
Experiencein using the Admin features of salesforce for data security & controls
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment
