Job Description:& &
- We are seeking an experienced Selenium Developer with a strong background in Java to join our dynamic team.&
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in automation testing, particularly within the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking sectors.&
- This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our financial software solutions.&
- Exposure to Compliance and Regulatory Requirements, Data Security and Privacy Transaction Integrity required.&
Responsibilities:&
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.&
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and business processes, specifically within Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking domains.&
- Design test cases and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test scripts.&
- Identify, record, and track bugs using appropriate tools, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.&
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with development teams to ensure the resolution of defects.&
- Maintain and update the automation framework as needed, ensuring scalability and efficiency.&
Technical Skill:&
- Proficiency in Java scripting.&
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar testing frameworks.&
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.&
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.&
- Experience with SQL and database testing.&
