Position Summary:
Instant Pot Brands is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Content Creator to level up our digital content. This person is responsible for designing and creating original content for online platforms including but not limited to our website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest and TikTok. Knowledge of social platforms and digital mediums is a requirement. This person will need to think and make quality content quickly in order to appeal as a lifestyle brand.
What will you do?
- Conceptualize and create visually compelling photo and video content for social media channels – and get scrappy when needed!
- Seek out creative opportunities to expand the impact and cultural relevance of Instant Pot Brands.
- Keep on your toes to deliver on rapid turnaround times, respond to trending moments, deliver, and receive feedback, all while keeping a professional, enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards content creation.
- Leverage a wide range and quality of video and static imagery to create a high volume of amazing cross-platform social content (video edits, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.).
- Have a strong creative pulse on up-and-coming trends and research techniques that people are using to author, develop, and create content across the platform
- Sell creative vision and get buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate to meet rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments, and receive feedback—all while keeping a clear, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards content creation.
- This position is not static and will be revised as the need of the organization’s business evolves
If you have some or all of the below, we want to talk to you!
- Ability to film, edit, and produce content
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in producing lifestyle content
- Creating content for a brand preferred.
- Videography or design education OR equivalent relevant experience. Please be prepared to provide recent content examples from social media accounts.
- A keen sense of creative (creative eye) development and brand understanding within a lifestyle segment.
- Video and animation skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing (TikTok videos, IG stories, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to “think on your feet,” juggle multiple activities and assignments simultaneously, while still hitting deadlines
- Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Passion for food and cooking is a must!
