Responsibilities:
A member of the Integrated Marketing team for US Institutional, Canada and Latin America, the Operations Specialist will support the Operations team on day-to-day activities to increase efficiency across the wider team.
Responsibilities stretch across a dynamic spectrum of focus and entails strong collaboration with regional teams and broader senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum 1 years of previous experience in related field; experience in Marketing and or Operations required.
- Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through excellent interpersonal skills
