SalesBizLab is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing team in executing effective communication strategies. The Marketing Communications Assistant will help with content creation, social media management, and other marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing communication plans and campaigns.
- Create, edit, and proofread content for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
- Manage and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
- Help design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
