Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist the Marketing Team in supporting the organization's efforts to create, develop, and execute marketing communications material and strategy.
Location: Frederick, MD
Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week. Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm are ABH core business hours.

Essential Functions
- Assist with updating and maintaining social media presence, including monitoring our Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts.
- Responsible for creating monthly marketing calendar and social media posts.
- Monitor Google Business reviews and monitor other platforms for reviews. Draft responses and/or develop appropriate business plans to enhance reviews.
- Contribute ideas and assist with managing content for company blogs.
- Assist with planning, writing, and managing marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for designing flyers, graphics, and other marketing material to promote the organization and organizational events.
- Assist with planning, promoting, and executing company events.
- Analyzing, reporting, and leveraging marketing campaigns to promote the organization.
- Assist with mentoring marketing intern(s).
- Participate in onboarding of new employees and interns.
- Tracking progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
- May be required to assist with other administrative duties to support the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations or English preferred.
- Must be proficient in the various platforms in the social media space; graphic design and have strong knowledge of Canva, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally and be effective in written and oral communications.
