Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with a commitment to delivering holistic and patient-centered healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

- Provide advanced nursing care, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

- Valid license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey.

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in a relevant specialty.

- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating health conditions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in providing services to children with serious emotional or behavioral health challenges and their families
