Position Overview:
Role:Full-TimeBCBA
Location:Northern NJ (Union, Middlesex, Somerset Counties)
Primary Role:
- Coordinate with the instructional treatment team
- Provide consultation within schools, collaborating with administrators, child study team members, teachers, and other school personnel
- Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings
- Offer interactive therapeutic solutions to address maladaptive behaviors
- Conduct behavior analysis to develop functional, individualized behavioral programs
- Provide direct training and supervision to the clinical support team
- Manage client data
- Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments
- Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans
- Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS

Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
