Job Summary:
LICINI, INC., ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Orange Park, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges. This role involves working closely with clients, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality ABA services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans, ensuring consistency and fidelity in the application of therapeutic strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff, ensuring proper implementation of intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote generalization of skills across various environments.
- Deliver training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior analytic principles and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Stay current with developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and engage in ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure as a BCBA in the state of Florida.
-We are happy to train new BCABA's who have just received their certification. No minimum years required.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
