Magnolia Adult Day Health Care Center is a community-based program that provides a structured day program of health, therapeutic, and social services for adults 18 years of age and older who are at risk of institutional placement. We offer a supportive environment where individuals can receive necessary care and services while also socializing with others and engaging in various activities.\r\n\r\nADHC centers provide a range of services, including:\r\n\r\nNursing services, such as wound care and medication management\r\nRehabilitation therapies, such as occupational, physical, and speech therapy\r\nPsycho-social services, such as counseling and social work\r\nHealth monitoring and education\r\nNutritious meals and snacks\r\nStructured activities, such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, and games\r\nSocialization and companionship\r\n\r\nOur Mission is to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of participants, while also providing respite and support for their caregivers as well as allowing individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life.
