**Must be Licensed through the Board of Occupational Therapy.
Adult Day Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work three days per week (M, W, F) from 9:00 to 1:00 PM (some flexibility in days can be discussed).
Job Responsibilities:
- Treat participants as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
- Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes.
- Participate in in-services training program for other staff in the facility.
- Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
- Observe participants during Maintenance program and record progress.
- Participate in discharge planning.
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
- Report any problems with department equipment so that it is maintained in good working order.
