CNC Applications Engineers needed in Indianapolis, Indiana

A multi-national company is seeking several Direct-Hire CNC Applications Engineers for their growing operations. These are exciting opportunities to work for a company that offers excellent growth, competitive rates, on the job training, great work/home life balance and reasonable local travel.

The CNC Applications Engineering rates are anticipated to be $30-$40/hr. range based on each candidate’s skills, experience, and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rates. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, etc.

Qualified CNC Applications Engineers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

• 3+ years of recent / relevant experience with CNC applications including designing and fabricating fixtures / work holdings for demo's, test cuts, and turnkeys. Solid skills creating complex manufacturing/machining processes.
• Solid CNC Programming skills required- experience with Haas, Fadal, Okuma, Mazak, Doosan, DMG Mori, or closely related CNC machines and their controls is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to travel 75% overnight. Travel is anticipated to be predominantly regional to the state of Indiana.
• A BS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or closely related is strongly preferred. Will consider equivalent experience in lieu.
• Must be able to work in the US and be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including drug screen, background, references, etc.
