We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Ryze Agency, an innovative and fast-growing advertising agency in Fort Lauderdale. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality creative and strategic campaigns. You have a passion for delivering what clients want and desire to develop a strong working knowledge of advertising and marketing at an entrepreneurial e-commerce agency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute strategic plans and creative briefs for campaigns, working closely with the agency's creative and strategy teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating with them regularly to keep them informed of project progress and ensuring their needs and expectations are met
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Create and manage projects in Asana
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to clients, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations and drives business results
• Participate in new business development activities, including research, proposal development, and presentations to potential clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management or client services at an advertising agency or related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering successful campaigns, and growing revenue
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and data in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to clients
• Experience with digital marketing and advertising is a plus
