Swoon is currently looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager for a major digital bank in the US
Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules and adhere to processes to ensure the timely and accurate completion of campaign related deliverables
• Lead the development of digital communication repository documenting digital touch points across the customer lifecycle
• Assist in the build and implementation of multichannel communications to card member base by collaborating with cross functional teams
• Promote consistent brand feel and adherence to channel best practices to business partners as well as internal and external creative agencies
• Lead and/or assist in the strategic development of mapping out card member product/service touchpoints that will get translated into digital communications
