MULTICHANNEL MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER – REMOTE
Position Summary
Our client, a major non-profit association, seeks a Multichannel Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team for a long-term contract position in Washington, DC. A fully remote work option would be considered for highly qualified candidates.
This position will play a pivotal role in directing strategic marketing efforts, including planning, budgeting, and policy development, for one or more of the Organization’s social mission programs.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as an Integrated Marketing liaison to internal clients (social mission programs).
- Develop core marketing deliverables, including strategy recommendations, tactical plans, campaign lifecycle maps, learning agendas, and performance analysis reports.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Social Media, and other channels to deliver customer-centric marketing strategies and share insights.
- Manage external creative agencies to develop strategic platforms, value propositions, and marketing strategies.
- Recommend cohesive engagement marketing campaigns that integrate around customer needs rather than products.
- Consult with Research, Voice of the Customer, and Experience teams to design customer experiences aligned with their wants and needs.
- Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI measurement reporting regularly to the Marketing Manager.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in direct response marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing, digital marketing, personalization, segmentation, and test-and-learn strategies.
- Strong client-service mindset; agency experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing best practices across key channels, including email, digital, direct mail, and social media.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a talent for gaining internal respect and building consensus.
- Experience managing agencies; experience managing teams is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
