Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Accept, review, verify, and process collateral packages for Mortgage Warehouse customers to secure lines of credit.
- Enter collateral data into the tracking system.
- Manage new collateral filings and shipments, as well as retrieval for investor shipments.
- Review, research, and resolve exceptions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in banking and/or mortgage banking.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in data entry and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel; training provided for the ProMerit system.
Full-time, Part-time
