Soliant Health is in search for a skilled leader with a developer mindset, to help grow and develop the leadership team. The Director will oversee 4 Managers and potentially 6 more direct reports. Those Managers oversee a team of 125 (pharmacists and techs). The Pharmacy Director oversees the administrative and clinical operations of pharmacy services, ensuring efficient and safe medication delivery across the Medical Center.
Key Functions:

• Lead and coordinate pharmacy programs and services.
• Ensure pliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage the 340B Drug Pricing Program and pharmacy inventory.
• Develops and implements programs based on needs analysis, and evaluates their effectiveness.
• Monitors pharmaceutical usage, cost efficiency, and ensures adequate inventory to meet patient needs.
• Aligns clinical staff resources with patient care requirements and fosters collaboration across departments.
• Serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students and addresses concerns from patients, families, and staff.
• municates satisfaction survey results and implements improvement plans.
• Ensures staff certifications and petencies are current and pliant with regulations.
• Oversees staff orientation and continuing education, and maintains affiliations with academic programs.
• Manages pharmacy contracts, procurement, and pricing agreements to optimize cost savings.
• Conducts timely performance appraisals with meaningful feedback.

Requirements:

• PharmD
• Nebraska Pharmacist licensure
• 5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience
• 3+ years in management
• 340B knowledge preferred.
