Soliant is looking for someone to work with this esteemed healthcare team in Lincoln, NE where you will oversee Pharmacy Services in a hospital setting. This direct hire position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a large, dynamic pharmacy team and contribute to high-quality patient care Monday thru Friday - day shifts.

Responsibilities:
You will oversee a team of 4 managers, potentially 6 more direct reports managers oversee a team of 125.

Director of Pharmacy duties (lead operations, order verification, ADC refills, strategic planning, clinical and distributive services, financial and personnel management). pliance with legal and accreditation requirements, and adherence to organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Pharm.D degree,
• Master of Science in Hospital Pharmacy (Administration) or willing to obtain,
• NE licensure,
• at least 5 years hospital pharmacy experience,
• minimum 3 years either manager or Director of Pharmacy,
• pletion of hospital residency stands out.
• 340B preferred
