Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator - 1st Shift

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $20-$24 per hour (D.O.E)

Location: Huntington Beach, Ca

Job Description:
We are seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to set up and operate computer-programmed machines. This role involves measuring dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure they meet specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC lathe machines
• Measure dimensions of workpieces to confirm specifications
• Report any machining defects or non-conformance
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform light machine maintenance and regular oiling
• Assist team members as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lathe operator or technician
• CNC machine operation experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and basic technical drawings
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety policies

Physical Requirements:

• Constant standing, walking, and repetitive movement for 8+ hours
• Ability to handle and manipulate parts, tools, and machinery
