Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
- Participate in tradeshows, seminars, and other marketing events.
- Generate and manage sales leads to convert them into opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and bids, manage contracts, and close deals.
- Manage key customer accounts and foster long-term relationships.
- Deliver consistent sales results and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system.
- Perform sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic sales planning.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong technical knowledge or hands-on experience with CNC Machining or Welding Fabrication.
- Proficient in managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is required.
