Sales Assistant/Customer Service with Commission Opportunity

We are a family owned medical supply distributor looking to hire a full time Sales Assistant/Customer Service Rep to help grow our business. Our ideal candidate is someone who is motivated and can be productive in a laid back environment without having to be micromanaged.

Responsibilities

• Sales
• Customer retention will be the primary responsibility for this position. This means contacting existing customers who have not ordered recently
• Handling new account registrations with timely communication to ensure they are converted into an active customer.
• Make calls to existing customers to market new products.
• Use CRM to keep track of contact history and create an appropriate follow up schedule.
• Attend trade shows/conferences.
• Customer Service
• Handling inbound phone calls
• Taking orders
• Assisting with any customer issues
• Providing product information
• Qualifications/Requirements
• 2+ years of sales/customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you have to enjoy talking to people and have to know how to establish relationships with customers on the phone.
• Proficient computer skills with CRM experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
