Line Leads will be:

• Working on a small assembly line alongside the rest of the team
• Ensuring that goals are being hit and production is being conducted and keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently
• Operating machinery and equipment
  • Feeding materials into machines
  • Monitoring gauges and displays
  • Making adjustments as needed
• Inspecting products for quality, keeping high attention to detail and ensuring that all products meet customer standards
• Packing and labeling products, carefully packaging finished goods according to customer specifications
• Capping bottles, making boxes, loading boxes, and taping boxes
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Following safety protocols
  • Keeping the workstation organized and reporting any potential hazards

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday

• overtime on Fridays is optional

• Previous experience as a line lead is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience from a manufacturing environment
• Good basic math skills
