Job Summary:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
Mentor and teach Assistant Project Managers to aid in the growth of the company.
The Senior Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects as well as evaluate and maintain information for KPIs and other metrics.
Collaborate with a team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
Conduct risk assessments; reports to identify risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk.
Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints in a timely manner throughout the project.
Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors to ensure contracts, drawings, submittals and change orders are executed and communicated to all necessary parties.
Communicate and collaborate with field staff to ensure proper coverage for onsite requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Attend all project related meetings both internally and onsite.

Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include business, marketing or communications.
At least five years of related experience required.
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
Or a Combination of relevant experiences.
