Job Summary:

• Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.

• Mentor and teach Assistant Project Managers to aid in the growth of the company.

• The Senior Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects as well as evaluate and maintain information for KPIs and other metrics.

• Collaborate with a team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.

• Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.

• Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

• Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.

• Conduct risk assessments; reports to identify risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk.

• Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints in a timely manner throughout the project.

• Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors to ensure contracts, drawings, submittals and change orders are executed and communicated to all necessary parties.

• Communicate and collaborate with field staff to ensure proper coverage for onsite requirements.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

• Attend all project related meetings both internally and onsite.

• Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include business, marketing or communications.

• At least five years of related experience required.

• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.

• Or a Combination of relevant experiences.
