Job Title: Campaign Manager
Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL
Duration: 1 year contract
Our client, an American travel technology company, is looking to bring on a campaign manager in whom works well under pressure, approaches challenges head-on, and has experience working on media campaigns throughout campaign lifecycle.
Day to Day:
• Partner with an internal sales team to review and produce newly sold campaigns based on relevant media products.
• Liaison with external partners on creative strategy, timelines, and ongoing production of campaigns for best in class experience.
• Coordinate production tasks with preferred vendors to ensure the quality of deliverables is of the highest quality and adheres to published policies.
• Provide client support on creative requirements in accordance with creative and technical specifications, plus vertical specific creative & product guidelines.
• Oversee inventory reservation requests and creative scheduling activities with the Technical Ad Operations team using vendor resources for appropriate tasks.
• Ensure on-time campaign launches as well as ongoing monitoring of pacing and performance throughout the campaign.
• Conduct fundamental troubleshooting as needed on production, delivery, or billing challenges.
• Propose and implement post sale optimization strategies if necessary to improve campaign delivery and minimize revenue leakage.
• Manage and support creative and campaign performance reporting to monitor to ensure delivery against campaign KPI's and goals.
• Complete monthly billing and campaign actualization tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelors and/or 1-3+years previous experience in online advertising or marketing.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience working with MS Office applications and basic Excel skills. Experience with Google Ad Manager, JIRA, Tableau and Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Confirmed ability to work independently handling multiple tasks within tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
• Strong communication skills and ability to set expectations.
• A love of meeting – and beating – deadlines.
